REFUND POLICY

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read this policy carefully of each deal before taking the services.

Notice to all Customers

This Refund Policy only applies to professional fees collected by PEARLPICK VENTURES PVT. LTD for services provided by PEARLPICK VENTURES PVT. LTD And this Policy does not apply to Government Fees, Legalisation Fee which are paid towards your services to the Government Department you are applying for.

It is important that You read this Refund Policy carefully. You should familiarise yourself with the terms of this Refund Policy, prior to avail any services from PEARLPICK VENTURES PVT. LTD.

General Refund Conditions

  1. This Refund Policy is subject to change by PEARLPICK VENTURES PVT. LTD and in the event of any amendments, we shall make a suitable announcement on the Website.
  2. The changes will apply after We have given notice. If You do not wish to accept the revised policy, you should not continue to use the Services.
  3. If You continue to use the Services after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Services indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Refund Policy.
  4. Professional service Fee and optional service fees shall be refundable only if You have paid for a Service. You may request a refund in accordance with the Refund Eligibility Criteria.
  5. In case PEARLPICK VENTURES PVT. LTD has charged you the incorrect Government fee, which is higher than the actual amount to be charged then any such excess amount will be duly refunded.
  6. All the above will form part of the terms of use of the service and will be available to You to confirm at the time of making payment for these services.

Government Fees and Legalisation Fees

  1. As a general rule the Visa Fee and Legalisation Fee shall not be refunded.
  2. In case You have paid the incorrect Government fee or legalisation fee, then customer will be provided the ability to cancel and seek refund of the wrong fee paid and pay the correct fee.
  3. The processing times for applications are estimates only. As the processing of your application is subject to the procedures and timescales of the respective Government Departments /Body, over which we have no control, and hence is not a criterion for refund.

SERVICE FEES AND OPTIONAL SERVICE FEE

  1. Refunds of Professional Fees will only be considered where You satisfy the Refund Eligibility Criteria in full. If Your request is failed to meet any of the Refund Eligibility Criteria, we shall have the right in our sole discretion to decline the request for a refund.
  2. The service fee can be refunded if the customer requests such a refund prior to availing the service.
  3. The service shall be deemed to be actually delivered in full upon completion of data processing, including processing of applications, where the application is submitted in the Government websites or if the documentation package sent by mail to the designated Government departments.
  4. To apply for a refund, you must submit a Refund request explaining the reason in an e-email.
  5. We shall process your Refund Request following receipt as soon as it is reasonably practicable. Response times will vary depending on the mode of payment and stated reasons for request a refund of the Professional Fees. In any event, we shall notify You of the outcome of the request in accordance with the timescales set out in the Refund Processing Timelines.
  6. By filling in and submitting the Refund Request Form, the payment of a refund of a Service Fee is not guaranteed. The refund will only be approved or rejected by Us after verification basis the Refund Eligibility Criteria.
  7. Any Transaction Charges or loss due to exchange rate fluctuation which arise upon processing a refund of Service Fees shall be borne solely by You. Transaction Charges will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded. Loss due to bank charges and difference in exchange rate will be borne by customer and PEARLPICK VENTURES PVT. LTD is not liable to pay any interest on this amount.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  1. All requests for refunds or cancellation of a Service(s) will only be accepted where:
  • The refund request is received by us within 30 days of the date of payment.
  • Where it is clear a customer has been charged more than once for the same service.
  1. Requests for refunds or cancellation of a Service(s) will not be accepted where:
  • In the case of any services which are partially used, no Refund request will be approved in such cases.

UNGOVERNABLE FACTORS

The result of a particular process/service cannot be guaranteed as the same involves dependency on Governing Authorities related to the said service. This further implies that rejections/approvals/responses by Government Authorities or technical issues with Government sites including Government backlogs etc. are not within the purview of PEARLPICK. These may lead to unexpected delays before completion of the process and factors like these are outside of our control and hence not eligible for refund.

FORCE MAJEURE

PEARLPICK VENTURES will not be considered responsible if there is a breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
